As an add on, I'll capture photos of the neighborhood pool, tennis court, clubhouse, etc. For shoots in apartment buildings this will include the lobby, theater, and other relevant locations. You may also opt to add neighborhood features like a shopping center or local restaurants.

There are a number of factors that go into the estimated shoot time, such as the property’s size and additional services such as drone or video that may be added. Just for vacation rental listing photos I budget 1 hour for a standard sized home. Depending on how many add ons you choose (video, floor plans, 3D tour, drone services) the shoot could last between 2 - 3 hours.
