With all video packages you’ll receive a high quality 1-2 minute video, edited to music, with drone footage, and delivered to you within 48 hours of the shoot.

The neighborhood and location benefits a home offers can be a big selling point. As an add on, I'll capture video of the neighborhood pool, tennis court, clubhouse, etc. For shoots in apartment buildings this will include the lobby, theater, and other relevant locations. You may also opt to add neighborhood features like a shopping center or local restaurants. Drone footage is included in all video packages free of charge and the drone will be used at all locations if desired.

There are a number of factors that go into the estimated shoot time, such as the property’s size and additional services such as photo or video voiceover that may be added. Just for a listing video I budget 1 hour for a standard sized home. Depending on how many add ons you choose (photo, floor plans, 3D tour, community video) the shoot could last between 2 - 3 hours.

If there is any reason you’re left unsatisfied with the final video(s) I will either re-shoot the home or give you a full refund with no questions asked.

Life happens and I get it. There are no cancellation or rescheduling fees when something gets in the way of our scheduled shoot.

Generally, the video will look more appealing to potential buyers if the home is furnished. Whether that is with the current owners items or through a staging company. If staging isn’t an option for your empty listing, I can focus more on the exterior of the property and the surrounding amenities.

You don’t need to be at the home as long as a key code or lockbox code is provided. You can be onsite to offer any input on specific angles or features you want captured, or you can input those into the online order form.

Yes, I will be providing all of those services myself! No need to worry about multiple people or scheduling multiple shoots.

Real estate drone videography utilizes drones to capture video of your listing from above. By adding this point of view, instead of just using traditional ground level video, you can show off your listing at the best possible angles.

For any commercial activity done with a drone, like real estate videography., the pilot must be certified with the FAA. I am a certified drone pilot with the FAA and the entire shoot will be sanctioned and legal.
