The neighborhood and location benefits a home offers can be a big selling point. As an add on, I'll capture photos of the neighborhood pool, tennis court, clubhouse, etc. For shoots in apartment buildings this will include the lobby, theater, and other relevant locations. You may also opt to add neighborhood features like a shopping center or local restaurants.

There are a number of factors that go into the estimated shoot time, such as the property’s size and additional services such as drone or video that may be added. Just for listing photos I budget 1 hour for a standard sized home. Depending on how many add ons you choose (video, floor plans, 3D tour, drone services) the shoot could last between 2 - 3 hours.

If there is any reason you’re left unsatisfied with the final photos I will either re-shoot the home or give you a full refund with no questions asked.

Life happens and I get it. There are no cancellation or rescheduling fees when something gets in the way of our scheduled shoot.

Generally, the photos will look more appealing to potential buyers if the home is furnished. Whether that is with the current owners items or through a staging company. If staging isn’t an option for your empty listing, virtual staging will enhance the images.

You don’t need to be at the home as long as a key code or lockbox code is provided. You can be onsite to offer any input on specific angles or features you want captured, or you can input those into the order form.
